Initial Consultation (1 hour): $120 Follow-Up Consultation (30 minutes): $75 One visit-only + Bariatric Clearance Letter: $165 Note: Health insurances may require up to 6 nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian in order to obtain bariatric clearance letter. Please consult with your primary care physician and health insurance to find out how many nutrition visits are required.
